What Happens at an Al-Anon Meeting?

Al-Anon meetings are a safe place to share and listen. Members talk about their experiences, how they cope, and what tools have helped them. There is no pressure to speak — you are welcome to simply listen. Meetings typically last about an hour and are held in person, by phone, or online.

Everything shared in a meeting is confidential. You don’t need to sign up or commit to anything. Just show up.
